Requesting top level domain unblock: *.snapshotreport.biz

Our company provides a service called the snapshot report to our clients: https://www.vendasta.com/platform/snapshot/

This report runs an analysis against many aspects of a business the snapshot report is for. We have recently received complaints from our subscribers that the tool itself is being blocked as suspicious. Note, that the cname for this domain is pointed at ghs.googlehosted.com which is managed within the google cloud platform and providing a specific IP address is somewhat difficult to do. 

Based upon what I have read this forum is the place to discuss such things. Please find the user provided domain block and am requesting that *.snapshotreport.biz is removed from the block list.

Please see if disabling gTLD Domains corrects the issue.

So, what you're really saying is that we should change the TLD if you can't unblock this?

No,  I am simply checking to see if the gTLD Domains setting is enabled which can initiate a TLD Blockage.

Yes, it looks like it was enabled for the customer that reported this.
