Can't Access old Drives

Recently had to replace my boot / OS hard drive as it was starting to fail, after doing a fresh install of windows on the new drive, I have been unable to write to the other 3 drives in my computer

 

I could play / use the programs / access the files on those drives, but could not update, or install or download anything new to those drives, I receive Disk Write Errors, and when it does allow me to download / copy a file to that drive it is very slow, like taking 30+ minutes to transfer a single less 200 meg file from one drive to the other

 

I managed to copy all my important files from one drive onto my new main drive and then format that drive but even doing that I still can't write / download / install anything to the now newly formatted drive

It may be a NTFS Security Rights access issue and you can try taking Ownership and gain Full Control.
