C# app in MalwareBytes Whitelist still detected by realtime protection

Hi guys,

 

We have a problem with an application that is being detected by the realtime protection.

In our last post you add our app in your whitelist but still being detected by RealTime protection and our client do not trust in the Whitelisted application and want the realtime protection do not detect our application.

For the client the exclusion of the folder or the app is not valid.

How can we solve this because you already put our app in Whitelist? The problem is just the realtime protection.

It looks like the exe you attached was whitelisted, but is different from the detected files in your logs. Can you attach all the files that you want whitelisted? Thanks.
