False Positive, Neshta.Virus.FileInfector.DDS

This is a official Steam app and Virus Total scans are seems clear. There are 2 files with same name as you can see below:

Neshta.Virus.FileInfector.DDS, D:\STEAMLIBRARY\STEAMAPPS\COMMON\WALLPAPER_ENGINE\DISTRIBUTION\BIN\DIAGNOSTICS64.EXE, No Action By User

According to my hash checks, these files are same files.
