Remnant of Security Tool

Hi,

I got hit with the Security Tool Spyware last night. Luckily I was able to remove it with Malwarebytes. I've done several scans and come up clean now, but I notice that the "splash screen" for the Security Tool appears (albeit, it is mostly corrupted/black) but I can make out some of the light blue form it was.

Is there something further i can run to clean this up. anyone have any ideas?
