Ana_be Posted December 4, 2023 ID:1603229 Share Posted December 4, 2023 Dear Malwarebytes team, we send telemetry data to an azure endpoint from our users through a library called Mx Analytics that is part of the Maxon App and all Maxon products. Currently, Mx Analytics is being blocked by Malwarebytes with the category "Phishing" (see attachment). Our users have been informed of the telemetry we gather and have the ability to opt out of it if they desire. We follow GDPR rules and respect our users privacy and only gather anonymized data we use to improve the user experience with our products. MX_analytics_blocked.txtIt would be great if you could please add us to the safelist for Malwarebyte to ensure we continue to gather this data to make our products better for our users.
