Malware.Sandbox.1 found in Registry Key - Is this a false positive?

Hi, and thanks in advance for your help!

A regular, automatic scan about an hour ago today (2PM EST) picked up two detections of Malware.Sandbox.1.

The infected files were a video game modding tool, "Mass Effect Trilogy Save Editor," which I haven't used in many months, and what looks to be a Windows Uninstaller registry key. I deleted the first file as it'd been left unused on my computer for quite a while now, but I'm hesitant to take any action regarding the registry key file. I'm wondering, however, if these are potentially false positives.

Further, in my research, I found a similar incidence by a user named "moridin," back in April of this year. I'm wondering if this is a similar, if not identical, case of a false positive, given that I'm unsure when my local version of Malwarebytes had last updated.

In any case, I've exported a TXT file of the detection incidence, as well as attached a screenshot of said incidence.

Thank you again!
