Malware.AI. miscategorization of custom installer.

Through VT we see that Malwarebytes has classified as Malware an installer that we use in our clients.

As you can see, the binary has a valid Code Signing Certificate.
How would be the process to unflag this binary as harmful and how should we proceed on subsequent updates of file?
