False-positive or virus?

Hello! Sorry if I'm writing a little unclear — English is not my native language.

I ran a random scan of all disks with a search for rootkits and found several suspicious files. There were no problems with any other checks.

2 files (Heuristic.1003) are .exe from the game on Steam — I'm sure it's a false-positive trigger.

The third file (AI.3175157458) is an activator that has been stored on my computer for several years and has not been detected before and has not caused problems. However, when downloading it to VirusTotal, it triggers several antiviruses at once. Could you please check if this is a rootkit/virus or also a false-positive? Thanks!
