Website blocked false positive

Hello. I was instructed to contact your IT team directly through support regarding my website being blocked.

I don't understand. What is the attached file? silverbulletupdater.c? It's just a javascript game I made there should be no .c files.

I sent you an email directly after you received that explaining that it was in error and that the block is coming from the IP address that the website is being hosted on is what is being blocked

Hi @gringo_pr thank you for your response. I just found your follow-up email for some reason it was in my spam mailbox.

I understand so all websites on that IP right now are being flagged as Malware? It's not my IP it is a static site on render.com.

We've reached out before about this and our onrender.com address was unblocked in this thread - we've reached out to @Zynthesist via DM to see if we can get this IP address unblocked as well.
