ransomware false positive on Vacation RentPro software

Hello, one of our customers just sent us a screenshot after they installed our software product (“Vacation RentPro”).  (see image below).
We scan our vrpsetup.exe and all components thoroughly when we post updates to our product.

For some reason that log file is not there. we found many (and some for today and yesterday), but not that one in the folder: C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService\ScanResults\

Should i be looking in a different folder? why would the log file be missing? thanks.

This was an RTP detection, so it won't be in the Scan Results folder.

Please go into your Detection History and select the detection event. Double click to view the event and select export on the bottom left corner of the pop-up. Select Export to TXT and attach it to the thread.
