I'm asking because my friends have the same problem and they want to remove their sites from your blacklist since they are loosing money because of wrong notifications (users don't want visit sites with notifications) Sometimes there can be ads that make this notification and they want to remove sites from black list since the ads that make it is already removed from the site. We've reviewed the site again and have determined it no longer warrants being blocked so we've disabled the block in our database.
