Red dot on Privacy Notification?

I woke up my computer from sleep and noticed a red dot on my Privacy notification icon. I was not connected to VPN but connected to my home Wifi. I exited and re-started the Privacy app and the red dot went away. 

I know green (VPN connected), orange (update available) and grey (disconnected).  I can't find what the red dot means on the Settings and Forum.

Hi Ron, the red dot would indicate an error condition.  If that occurs there should be a tray notification or if you open the UI a notification at the bottom of the dashboard.
