Possible False Positive Trojan.FakeMS aeinv.dll

All was fine with a scheduled scan at 2AM, this morning at 8:16AM I ran a manual scan to find a detected file. I was very confused because I was playing games all night, nothing else. I restored the file and ran another scan at 8:28AM, it was no longer detected. 

 

I would greatly appreciate some help determining if this was a false positive or not.
