False Positive with DoubleTime application using Powerbuilder 2019 R2

We have an application called DoubleTime version 9.0 that was created using Appeon's Powerbuilder 2019 R2 that Malwarebytes is quarantining TX13.DLL which is a required runtime DLL of it. This is not malware but a required runtime DLL of the TX Rich Text Edit Control used by the software.
