Playnite game launcher detected as ransomware

Playnite is a third-party launcher that integrates with a bunch of digital storefronts like Steam, Epic, etc. I haven't pulled an update down in awhile but twice in the past day, I have had the game I was playing crash (Hades), and then Malwarebytes would quarantine the PlayniteFullscreen.exe. Note that Playnite has a regular exe and a fullscreen, controller-enabled version, and it is the latter that is flagged. Am unsure why the crashes are happening at all but Malwarebytes suddenly doesn't like the fullscreen app.

Playnite is open source and can be found here: https://playnite.link/ and here https://github.com/JosefNemec/Playnite . The log is below.
