More AVsystemcare

Recommended Posts

PS Couldn't upload all in one go, will try three reports separately, hope this doesn't result in 3 separate topics - sorry, all this level of stuff is new to me.

HI. I have a bug that seems to be the same as in kysme's posting, (shows Win Antivirus and directs you off to AVsystemcare), so I have followed your advice to him and have run RogueRemover, Spybot search and destroy, AVG Antispyware, PandaActive Scan, and HiJack This! Am hoping to add scan reports below. It wasn't till after I'd run the scans that I found the HJT pre-post instructions! But it took some time to run the scans the way I did them, so I'm posting this in the hope it may be readable, understandable, useful to someone who understands this far better than me. If I need to run everything again, I will!

Hi Doug and welcome to Malwarebytes. First let me say never follow advice for another system. You can cause serious damage, all fixes are system specific. I deleted your other two posts as they won't help us any here. What you do is keep using the reply button on the same thread and then everything will stay together and not create separate topics.

You didn't take any action with your scans so you need to run AVG again. This time make sure you take action remove what is found and post that log again please, along with a new HJT log.
