How can I add this into my "Ignore List"

This site is on a BlueHost IP that has atleast 80 malicious domains (at the last check). However, BlueHost have finally been in touch and have advised me they are working on resolving the issues raised, so aslong as the malicious content is removed, the range will be removed from the blacklist.
