I am writing this in safemode.In normal mode I cannot do anything but browse documents on the computer.My next step is to attempt a back up to external drive...hopefully that works.My issue? New Anti Virus software has over come my machine.I can say at one point I saw the name SWP2009. I want to say my last time in I saw ANTI VIRUS PROCan't run Chrome, Firefox, explorerHijack this, Spybot, Malawarebytes...etc do not open.They don't open in safe mode either.I wish I had more to detail.
