HELP HELP HELP PAID FOR MALWAREBYTES BUT DID NOT UPGRADE

I Paid for the malwarebytes upgrade, it charged my bank account but did not upgrade  to premium. No acknowledgement whatsoever other than charge made to my account and I'm still getting the annoying upgrade pop ups..... I guess I should cancel transaction.
