Event ID 14, failed IRP_MN_QUERY_ID-BusQueryDeviceID

Pop-Ups don't "compromise".  They are just a type of Window created by a process such as from a Browser or application.  To be compromised takes an external action against the computer such as exploiting a physical or software vulnerability such the PC is less under your control and more under the control of an external entity.  One can not state that they were " compromised through a pop-up ".

This is either a Kerberos error or something related to a hardware Plug 'n Play ( PnP ) event.

I'm not even finished looking at the event log.

I don't suggest viewing the Event Log unless you fully understand how to interpret the log entries.
