Further checking shows the domain you referenced, does not resolve to 64.202.129.170, but instead resolves to 64.202.189.170.

64.202.189.170 is home to a slew of malicious domains, which is why it is included. If GoDaddy responded to abuse reports and took down the malicious sites, they wouldn't have been blocked.

In addition to this, SudoSecure have also identified this IP as being part of the Waledac infection.
