Addintools - Classic Menu causing crash Excel

When the menu tool from Addintools.com   - classic menus for office 2016 is installed. (via Office365)

When formatting in excel, ie. File/print area etc.

 

The program crashes and delivers the attached message.  Can you help to resolve this issue, or allow this tool to be utilized.
