Recurrent infection: Adware.Elex.ShrtCln and PUP.Optional.SweetPage

Hi, As the title implies, I have recurrent infections with the above mentioned viruses. On a daily basis I would boot up my pc, to be greeted with a popup from malwarebytes. I have included a screenshot of the quarantine. Please assist.

 I have attached a summary from belarc advisor in case it may be of assistance.

Any assistance in eradicating this problem will appreciated.

Hi, I followed the instructions on the link, All clear for a few days now. I'm scared to re-enable google sync.

It should be safe to re-enable it now if you followed all the instructions. Do so and let me know how it goes!

Hi, I re-enabled sync, shut down pc, started up pc, and then ran a malwarebytes scan again. No threats detected  Thanks for the help
