Very stressed out technophobe here, would some one be kind enough to help me. I've got this spyware on my Laptop

 Name=TrojanSpy:Win32/Loyeetro.A&ThreatID=-2147245640

It's been on my PC for a few hours now. I've run all windows defender scans, Checked all security is up to date, run scans offline also. However, each time I run a scan the threat is back. What do I do? I've also looked in my control panel to see if it was there to uninstall, it wasn't.
