This is normal with applications using P2P or that allows you to connect to a remote IP. It's possible that one of the IP address you're connecting to is blacklisted as it's being used in a malicious way. You can exclude such applications from Malwarebytes by adding an "Application that connects to the Internet" exception rule for the executable. See the following article for more information.
