Minecraft Server Malware?

I was playing some cringy minecraft and I joined a server. A malware bytes alert popped up on my other screen.

It happens when I join any minecraft server. I wonder what is causing the issue.

This is normal with applications using P2P or that allows you to connect to a remote IP. It's possible that one of the IP address you're connecting to is blacklisted as it's being used in a malicious way. You can exclude such applications from Malwarebytes by adding an "Application that connects to the Internet" exception rule for the executable. See the following article for more information.
