Unable to contact server to verify your license key. I do have one site on the same ISP that has activated, so I'm not really sure what the difference is. I've have configured the proxy and can access the keystone website via these sites so not really sure what to do next. I currently, have two tickets opened but the response times are extremely slow. djacobson Posted July 8, 2017 ID:1141298 Share Posted July 8, 2017 In addition to white-listing keystone on your firewall appliance/software, it is recommended to add the keystone URL to IE trusted site list and disable IE enhanced security on the server, if it is still enabled. following these changes, restart the server and let me know if the unable to verify issue continues.
