Closed, Would Not Restart, Fixed, Fixed Itself

To run a test for another software company, I closed Malwarebytes, ran the test, tried to restart MWB, got the "Cannot contact server" popup. I then opened the Task Manager and closed the only MWB entry under Background Processes, Malwarebytes Service, which allowed me to restart MWB. MWB tray app started, with the error indicator and I got the information that Real Time Protection was not enabled; before I could do anything to try to fix that, MWB took care of it, leaving me with a restarted program with everything restored to the previous settings.
