Oubound connection blocking

Hello, ever since i downloaded malware bytes (free version) ever once in a while it says a website got blocked for outbound connection. I eventually notice that a website they I use often was blocked. I tried putting the website in exclusions, but the website was blocked again. Is there any way to unblock website that I use? or fix this problem.

If you have the exclusion in place, can you run the following program and upload the text file it creates on your desktop? It will give us an idea of what settings are in place so we can try to reproduce.
