Cant uninstall Malwarebytes, uninstaller freezes

After upgrading to the latest version MB has had some issues where "realtime protection layers" always was turned off when login into Windows. I could not figure out how to permanently enable these " Real-time protection layers " since no settings in MB seemed to match this. So I then tried to uninstall MB but the uninstaller just freezes. How do I uninstall MB when the uninstaller freezes?
