mb doesn't get along with Webroot

When using the new Malwarebytes Anti Malware 3, which I downloaded and installed today,  if I have  the web protection on and malware protection on, Windows crashes and has to restart.  Windows says bad pool header and closes then restarts.  Doesn't seem to be any problems if I have the Anti-ransomware and anti-exploit enabled.  

My computer is a Dell I-5 running W 10 / 64 pro with all the MS updates installed.  Webroot Secure Anywhere is my AV that I use.

thought I'd make myself clearer, didn't say in my first post.  It seems to run fine, but after my browser runs and I open a new tab is when the computer crashes, seems to be happen in about 30 seconds.  As long as I don't have the web protection or the malware protection everything works, no problem surfing the web.
