Got notified this morning that an update was available by the malware ransomware app. Installed the new app, via the ransomware program, continued to get the message to update. Tried several times ... then uninstalled the app ... downloaded the Beta 8 file. Installed fine ... but then it dawned on me that this Beta was released in early September and I'm 100 sure I updated the app then. So I'm figuring that today's prompt to update to a new beta was in error. Don't know why I was prompted to update, but I was ... and it continued to prompt me to update, no matter how many times I updated. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
John A Posted October 30, 2016 ID:1069255 Share Posted October 30, 2016 There is no update, there was a problem at Mlawarebytes server end. As Battlefists suggests, uninstall MBAR, restart computer, reinstall MBAR and the problem will be fixed. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
