Short answer: Generally speaking, no, such "coupons" and deals are NOT reliable. 

Longer answer: There is no way to know for sure without a bit more information (e.g. a link to one of these coupons or deals).  The user may be selling illegal/invalid licenses that are or will be blacklisted.  (Nearly) all legitimate, authorized vendors exhausted their stock of 1-PC consumer lifetime licenses a long, long time ago.  And ANY offer of a multi-PC, "lifetime" license is fake -- there never was such a lifetime, multi-PC license.

But, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

The safest place to buy an MBAM consumer license is directly from the Malwarebytes online store.
