Missing activation key

Where did you purchase your Malwarebytes license?

 

If it was from the Malwarebytes online store, then you ought to have received your key via email shortly after the transaction.

If it did not arrive, please check your spam/junkmail folders to be sure the email didn't land there by mistake.

Otherwise, please contact cleverbridge using the links here or (directly) here, and they will assist you.

 

If it was from another online source (not the Malwarebytes online store), then you'll need to contact the seller directly, as cleverbridge will not have a record of that transaction.

 

Alternatively you may contact the MBAM Help Desk here.

Please provide them with as much information about the transaction as possible (purchaser name, purchaser email, date of transaction, cleverbridge reference number (or seller info if the source was not the Malwarebytes online store), etc.).

 

Until then, you can install MBAM with the installer downloaded from here, and take advantage of the 14-day Trial that is enabled by default during the setup wizard.   The Trial contains all of the paid, Premium features for 14 days, while you sort out the license issue. (1 Trial per PC per MBAM program version.)
