Websites at 66.147.240.96 are all blocked

My websites that are hosted at HostMonster on their server at 66.147.240.96 are all getting blocked by malwarebytes active protection.  This includes www.elixerrub.com  www.elixersports.com www.elixercream.com  www.elixersportsrub.com 

 

We've scanned these sites for problems and found none.  We believe some other domain name that is hosted on this server is causing the problem, but don't know which one it might be.

This is not an F/P. The block is due to a trojan housed at;

hxxp://66.147.240.96/~trainedb/wp-admin/update.exe

Still live at the time of writing.
