ever seen this before?

I recently acquired a PC running Win XP Pro w/ SP3 infected with AntiSpyware2009. And as I was poking around I found in "...Start Menu\Programs\Startups\" two files when I allowed system and hidden files. ".security" and desktop which held the following contents:

%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll -21787

the <BLANK>.security is something I don't think I've seen before. It's an empty file 0KB.

I Googled it, and still nothing!

Is this Metadata, and if so, why can I see it? Is this an artifact left by the AntiSpyware2009?

What am I looking at?

I appreciate any help you may have.
