Malwarebytes not working, Chameleon didnt work either

Malwarebytes not working, Chameleon didn't work either, tried running in safe mode and running updated zip file of chameleon and still nothing,  ran rkill  still cant get malwarebytes to run?

 

Where do I go from here?
