COM Surrogate and other issues

This computer is so infected.  I was able to d/l and run Malwarebytes and here is the scan log.

I had to get a new copy because the old one wouldn't work at all.  All work so far has been done in Safe Mode with Networking.

 

Paste doesn't seem to be working, so I'll have to attach files for right now.

 

I'll run FRST when you tell me to - I have it saved on the desktop now.
