Help? Browser Safeguard hijacked my internet

Hi! I recently downloaded an app wondershare, and I think it installed browsersafeguard.exe on my computer. I tried looking for it in my application list, and it wasn't there, but it was in my task manager. When I tried to close the app in task manager, i think it changed my proxy settings, because all my browsers wouldn't work. Please help?
