Is my computer safe?

Lately, my email accounts have been hacked, I have no idea how and have closed the one that was being used. I use microsoft security essentials and scan regularly, along with malwarebytes. I am trying to close the third email that I do not use so that I only have the main one left that I use all the time. I will appreciate any help to ensure that my computer is the safest it can be with no malware on it. Thank you.
