Perhaps with either a centralized installer, a way to deploy via GPO/CLI, or a central monitoring console? Is there a beta that is currently available for business use? Yes there is a "Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit for Business" which is currently in private betas. It includes both a standalone option (EXE/MSI) as well as via the Malwarebytes Management Console. The business version does not include the nag screen of course. Simply send a request to anti-exploit@malwarebytes.org to qualify to get access to this version of MBAE for Business.
