Malwarebytes Not Responding

After running Malwarebytes, I show 4 PUPs.  After choosing to "remove", the program processes for a while, then become unresponsive.  The PUPs are not removed as I can rerun Malwarebytes and the same are found, and same "not responding" situation occurs.

 

What I have tried:

 

- Restarted computer

- Downloaded and Ran DRWeb Cureit... nothing found

- Restarted computer

- Downloaded and Ran RKILL

- Then ran Malwarebytes again... same 4 items found

- Same problem of "not responding"

 

Computer info:

 

- Windows Vista Home Premium, Service Pack 2

- Malwarebytes version 1.75.0.1300

- McAfee Antivirus 16.8

- McAfee Firewall 13.8

 

Suggestions for next steps?
