question - i was browsing my notification area in my control area and noticed there are options for FRST64.exe (listed twice) and mod_frst.exe.  Isn't this one of the apps i downloaded and we deleted?

k, it wont let me of the control panel?  but in my control panel, then all control panel items, and then notification area icons... they are in there.

actually i was trying to customize my little icons - bottom right hand corner

Go to the page in question, now hit Prt Scr on your keyboard.

Right click on wordpad or word and choose paste.

That will be a screenshot of the page.

Now attach it to your post like I did.
