website URL hijacked

I have a free website hosted by 000webhost.com which has been active since October 2009 with no problems. It is called winntools.comli.com

I cannot gain access since 11 December as IE or Firefox tells me page is inaccessible. Malwarebytes tells me it blocked access to a malicious webpage with the IP address 31.170.163.90 When I check my account on the 000webhost.com website, it tells me my IP address is 31.170.160.87.

I have tried a full scan with Malwarebytes but the problem persists. 

Any ideas or suggestions ?

I would highly suggest you make a report with these details, as a false positive, into this sub forum

It is quite possible that a majority of the other websites on this same domain have malicious content.
