Cannot delete ScorpionSaver program from programs and features

Hi I have ran Malwarebytes, as well as the AdwCleaner program to remove ScorpionSaver.

 

The program is still listed in the programs and features option and cannot be removed. I get the message "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable."

 

Then on further google searches I see that an additional program is being given out after a text file from SystemLook as been added to the post.

 

Here is my text file... I have already backed up the registry. Do you think you can help me out?
