Scorpion Saver can't be seen?

I apologize for not having any scans for y'all to read. I honestly don't know how to do many things with this computer without being told how.

Malwarebytes just spotted and removed Level Quality Watcher for me but it still hasn't seen Scorpion Saver. I'm running a full scan at the moment to make doubly sure, but what else should I do? I know this thing needs off.
