Playto~1\Updater.DLL

"Run DDL" error box popping up.

      There is a problem starting " C:\Users\Office\Appdata\Local\Playto~1\Updater.DLL " The specified module could not be found

 

This error popped up when I was using windows 7. I upgraded to windows 8 and it still keeps popping up.

 

Is there a fix for this that will work in windows 8?

Post back the 2 logs here.....DDS.txt and Attach.txt

Please download and run RogueKiller 32 bit to your desktop.

RogueKiller<---use this one for 64 bit systems

Quit all running programs.

For Windows XP, double-click to start.

For Vista or Windows 7-8, do a right-click on the program, select Run as Administrator to start, & when prompted Allow to run.

Click Scan to scan the system.

When the scan completes > Close out the program > Don't Fix anything!

Don't run any other options, they're not all bad!!!!!!!

Post back the report which should be located on your desktop.

Run RogueKiller again and click Scan
When the scan completes > click on the Scheduled tasks tab
Put a check next to all of these and uncheck the rest: (if found)

Now click Delete on the right hand column under Options
