Hi, joe2cool:

I'm a long-time user of Firefox for desktop and mobile/Android, but I don't personally use sync.

Until one of the members here who is familiar with it comes along, perhaps you might find some helpful info here (and there are many other, related topics, too):

https://support.mozi...s=sync&r=9&as=s

https://support.mozi...s=sync&r=3&as=s

https://support.mozi...s=sync&r=0&as=s

https://support.mozi...s=sync&r=4&as=s

https://support.mozi...s=sync&r=5&as=s

If those topics don't help to resolve your issue, you might try posting at either the official Mozilla support site or the very excellent Mozillazine user forum:

Well, if those support topics don't solve it, I'm sure someone at the forum will be able to help you. :)

BTW, FWIW, you posted at the Mozillazine forum? http://forums.mozill...?f=38&t=2701475

That is an EXCELLENT, independent community of longtime Firefox and TB power users.

However, it is **not** "Mozilla support" and is not officially affiliated with Mozilla.

Having said that, it is a very busy forum with lots of expert members, so I expect that someone will be able to help you there.

If you want to post at "Mozilla support", you would use THIS link instead: https://support.mozi...ons/new/desktop

It tends not to be as busy as the MZ forum, but I have received support there from time to time, as well, with issues that were directly related to Fx programming.

Let us know how it goes,
