kmachado Posted January 3, 2013 ID:630198 Share Posted January 3, 2013 I believe there is a false positive on an executable file in one of my company's applications. One of our customers reported that Malewarebytes flagged our file, CME.exe, as being infected with Trojan.Zbot. CME2.exe is a launcher for our java application. I scanned a previous version of the exe and the scan was clean. The new version has a different icon than the previous version. I scanned the icon and that came up clean. I have attached both the exe and the icon in the zip file.MBAM-log-2013-01-03 (14-28-13).txtcme.zip
Staff shadowwar Posted January 3, 2013 Staff ID:630214 Share Posted January 3, 2013 This will be fixed in the next database update. In the future you may want to fill out the version info for the file and digitally sign. Thanks for reporting.
