Hi got a problem

I am with BT internet. The problem is Internet Explorer will not load any BT website or the Yahoo sign in page, yet these sites open fine in Firefox. When I try to visit BT site in IE I get the error in the attachment, and sometimes it also tries to redirect to phrasesearch.net. If the homepage is set to BT then IE will just close as soon as it opens.

We cannot review scan logs or work on malware removal in this sub-section of the forum, and HijackThis has been replaced by other scanners these days.

So, if you think you are infected, please read below for assistance with cleaning your system.

IMPORTANT: Please do NOT use any temporary file cleaners unless instructed to do so - they can cause data loss, making recovery difficult.
